Autotrail owners club members Get Together October 2020 Cambridge
Good morning fellow A/Ters,
Just a final reminder for these who want to come to the Cambridge week end Get Together (GTG).
At this stage it is definitely on, and there seems nothing in the wind that will change that.
The venue is all primed and organised, the dates are known, and just to confirm the absolute correct dates they are:
Friday 30th October, Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st of November.
You can arrive any time from 9.00 on the Friday morning. Free time until the technical sessions on Friday arvo at 2.30 for those wishing to attend.
And remember happy hour at 4 o'clock in the Grandstand lounge. Dinner your own care then some games afterwards - bring any games that might be suitable
Saturday is a free day although walking groups and cycling groups will be organised for those wishing to participate.
Happy hour at 4 o'clock again and after dinner (your own care) some fun and entertainment.
Sunday, brunch for those who wish it and a final wrap up at 12.30
The brunch will be available on the Sunday morning in the Clubhouse restaurant on the raceway premises. It will be $20 a head and will offer sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, mushrooms etc. Bookings are required, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org by close of business on Thursday 29 October. Pay on the day.
Sounds delicious, so see you there.
We are all looking forward to a fun weekend.
If you have not yet registered for the weekend there are still plenty of spaces, so jump in and register now.
And just one other thing we have a member who is willing and able to provide Electrical WOFs over the weekend. So if yours is getting close, you may want to take advantage of this and get it done. And all for a discounted price of $50 per. Find either myself or Russell Lowther and we will point you in the right direction.
This will be my final reminder so you probably need to act now if you are wanting attend and have not yet registered
All the best, and see you there
John and the organising group.
